This follows last year's very successful Low Carbon Solutions conference, designed to help the public sector to deliver their sustainable energy objectives that attracted over 200 public sector officers and business leaders from across the south west.
The event features a high level speaker line up including Jon Bright, director of climate change at Department for Communities and Local Government.
With major changes to financing and delivering sustainable energy, interest in delivery-partnerships between the public and private sector is increasing. Renewable Solutions is the conference exploring the future of sustainable energy delivery including:
- Financing sustainable energy: Green Deal, Feed in Tariffs and the RHI
- Economic development opportunities and the role of LEPs
- Localism and planning for delivery
- Solutions for waste and energy
- The role of community energy
