Renewable Futures - Exhibition Stands

Renewable Futures is the south west’s foremost sustainable energy event.

More than 300 delegates attend this high profile event, including representatives from the public sector and local authorities, business leaders, policy influencers, key decision makers and a range of renewable and energy efficiency companies.

Exhibition Stands

The event will have an exhibition separate to the conference which will showcase the south west sustainable energy sector. It will be open for business during the conference for those purchasing exhibition-only tickets, conference delegates will also have lunch in the exhibition area.

3x2 m Stands
Exhibition space will be available in the main exhibition rooms, including table, two chairs and two conference tickets worth £290. In addition to your own tickets you will be able to offer your partners and contacts discounted entry to the exhibition, normally costing £45.

Exhibition stands cost £650 for Regen SW members and £800 for non-members.

1m Pop Ups
In addition to the main exhibition we also have additional profile-raising opportunities in the conference room. Delegates will be able to bring a one metre pop up to raise their brand awareness at the event, and also to display literature on a shared table. This option works best for those who are looking for further presence than just attending as a delegate, but doesn't have the additional resource to attend the conference and to man an exhibition stand.

1m pop ups cost £225 for Regen SW members and £375 for non-members, including your conference ticket worth £145.
