Notice is hereby given of Regen SW's Annual General Meeting to be held at Bath Assembly Rooms, Bennett Street, Bath, BA1 2QH on Wednesday 9 November 2011 at 9am.
This is Regen SW's first AGM since its transition from public funding to an independent centre of expertise and our new membership scheme.
The AGM is followed by our main annual event, Renewable Futures conference, exhibition and awards. With DECC speakers on FiT and the ROC consultation, as well as the latest on the RHI, this is a particularly well timed event. You can find out more and book your place at www.regensw.co.uk/events

Election of Directors
The board currently comprises 6 non executive directors and three executive directors. Regen SW's Articles of Association require that the number of directors of the company shall be between 5 and 9 and also require at least one executive director.
