FOREST is Fostering Efficient long term Supply partnerships, a Europe-wide initiative funded by Intelligent Energy Europe designed to help you develop and expand your biomass business.

The aim of the programme is to accelerate woodfuel supply chain capability in emerging biomass markets by learning from more mature markets in partner EU countries such as Austria and Sweden. As part of this, FOREST has a range of free tools and guides which provide detailed information on such topics as woodfuel standards, system specification, contracting and partnerships and market conditions.

The FOREST programme in the SW region has teamed up with the Bicton EaRTH centre to offer a one day free event which will present and disseminate the learning gathered from European partners.

Who should attend?

Woodland owners, biomass systems specifiers and installers, architects and building designers, woodfuel manufactures, anyone with an interest in developing business within the woodfuel supply chain.
