Rachel Fine

Rachel is recent graduate from Southampton University where she read Physical Geography and gained a 2.1. Rachel is passionate about the environment and is actively pursuing an environmental career. This post is enabling her to gain a greater knowledge of the sector, preparing her for the future.

Rachel involved with the Green Energy Awards assessments. This role involves developing a dialog and visiting companies, organisations and individuals which are actively pursuing a more sustainable future. From this Rachel will produce case studies for each, highlighting achievements in the renewable sector and indicating possible future developments. This work will be completed in conjunction with other current interns. The project involves a great deal of initiative and responsibility and the work produced will provide important information for the well accredited Green Energy awards.

The work produced by her and the other interns aids the promotion of renewable energy in the South West region, raising the profile of valuable work currently being undertaken.
